Pianoscomplete.com has warehouses throughout the United States, which helps us to provide fast transit to our many customers worldwide. Orders are processed upon receipt and will be filled the same day if received before 3pm EST. Orders received after 3pm EST will be filled the following day. Orders received on weekends will be filled first thing monday morning. Items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, as well as international orders. Items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), Fed Ex, or United Stated Postal Service (USPS) by ground or air.
* Orders containing multiple items may have different delivery dates and arrive at different times if coming from more than one manufacturer.
* Many items such as Piano Benches and Piano Lamps ship for free, while other's such as piano dollies and trucks, may incur additional charges due to excess weight.
* Returned items that are sold with free shipping will incur a 15% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is smaller (unless damaged upon receipt - in which case there is no re-stocking fee).
